Statement On The Finalized White House IT Modernization Report

Brian Larkin, Internet Association Director of Cloud Policy, released the following statement on the final version of the White House IT modernization report:

“The internet sector thanks the American Technology Council (ATC) for their diligent work and extensive stakeholder outreach on federal IT modernization. Today’s updated report affirms the need to adopt innovative, commercial cloud services, which provide better, more cost-effective, and more secure solutions. We commend the ATC for maintaining this emphasis and look forward to continued collaboration to ensure modernization efforts best serve the interests of government and taxpayers.”
