Statement On Pennsylvania HB 1810

Albany, NY – John Olsen, Internet Association’s Northeast Director, released the following statement on Pennsylvania HB 1810:

“Short-term rentals help Pennsylvanians earn much needed income, bring tourism spending into Keystone State communities, and generate significant tax revenue. IA urges lawmakers to reject HB 1810, which would hinder the ability of short-term rentals to create these benefits for Pennsylvania and place residents’ privacy at risk by requiring unnecessary disclosure of sensitive information.”
