The internet industry understands the importance of public partnerships to develop a more diverse and inclusive workforce. IA member companies partner with diverse nonprofit organizations such as UNCF, Thurgood Marshall Fund, AnitaB.org, and Out for Undergrad to bring talented students into the workforce. They also collaborate with Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) and Hispanic Serving Institutions (HSIs,) as well as the Congressional Bipartisan HBCU Caucus, to further strengthen the pipeline of diverse candidates.
